Lawn Replacement

We start by removing the old lawn.

We scrape everything right down and haul it all out.

Then, we adjust the grade of your lot.

This helps with rainfall management.  It also improves the new lawn’s appearance and is just plain nicer to walk across.

After the grading work, we spread a thick layer of fresh topsoil and rake it out to a perfect final grade, then we pack it by hand.

Finally, we roll out and install the fresh sod.
